Go from awkward to graceful with media interviews
A media interview seems like a golden opportunity to get your message out in public.
But there’s a catch. How do you make sure that it’s YOUR message that people hear?
It seems intimidating, but it’s really all about mindset and preparation. In this course, taught by Christopher G. Fox, PhD, you’ll learn tips and tricks that have helped dozens of executives and industry leaders achieve media success with confidence:
- Understanding what journalists, analysts, and influencers are really looking for
- Crafting messages and talking points to anchor your interview and tell your story
- Controlling the interview conversation
- Handling difficult questions gracefully
- Looking and sounding your best
But it’s not just generic content about best practices. You’ll watch and assess examples of awkward and graceful interviews. You’ll also work directly with Chris to create and refine your messaging prior to your training and do two mock interviews that you and Chris can analyze together.
Finally, after your training, you’ll put your learning to work in a one-on-one pre-interview prep session with Chris prior to your next media interview.
